1.Door Panels: Panels are available in 304 stainless steel or color-coated steel. The panel frame utilizes aluminum alloy profiles with a PVC thermal break to minimize cold transfer from the inner surface to the exterior. Features polyurethane foam core (density ≥ 42kg/m³), an internal steel angle frame for structural reinforcement, and 6mm thick steel plates embedded in load-bearing areas.
2.Guide Rail System: Both upper and lower tracks are aluminum alloy profiles. Upper guide nylon wheels ensure smooth operation within the track. The unique “Float-Close / Lift-Open” mechanism ensures an airtight seal when closed (compressing the seal against the frame) and gently lifts the door off the seal when opening, minimizing seal wear and extending service life.
3.Sealing Frame: The door opening frame is made of high-strength aluminum alloy with a thermal break design. It incorporates channels for optional heating elements.
4.Seals: Constructed from low-temperature resistant, oil-resistant, high-elasticity EPDM rubber.
5.Heating Elements: Utilizes self-regulating heating strips (220V AC or optional 36V DC low-voltage), providing automatic temperature control.
6.Hardware: All fittings (hinges, corchetes, etc.) are precision-cast 304 stainless steel. Standard equipment includes an external door opener for easy access. Optional internal door opener and external pull handles are available.
7.Other configurations: All cold storage doors are equipped with safety escape devices. If the aesthetic requirements are particularly high, a track cover can be added.
8.Others: According to customer requirements, the inner door cover can be added to increase the strength of the door opening and improve the aesthetics.
