Cold Storage Categories & Temperature Standards

The cold storage consists of 22 rooms, categorized by stored products, all designed as cool storage for pharmaceuticals (compliant with pharmaceutical storage standards).

Project Requirements

Designed to meet low-temperature storage needs for ice packs, biological vaccines, and gene samples, with the following smart functions:

Fully automatic PLC centralized control system.
Real-time temperature monitoring and equipment operation status display.
Fault alarm, display, and analysis.
Parameter setting for equipment.
Automatic recording, storage, and temperature curve generation.

Solution Highlights

Freon refrigeration system (environmentally friendly).
