Refrigeration System Configuration
Cold Storage Rooms & Sorting Rooms: Equipped with Zhejiang Kaidi Emerson Copeland scroll compressor units (including condensers, solenoid valves, pressure controllers, etc.), ensuring efficient and stable cooling performance.
Pre-cooling Room: Equipped with 1 set of Bitzer semi-hermetic piston compressor condensing units, which are highly suitable for the pre-cooling process with their excellent cooling capacity.
Cold Storage Body Details
Insulation Panels: 50mm and 100mm polyurethane double-sided color steel insulation panels are used. These insulation panels meet the B1 fire retardant standard, providing reliable thermal insulation and safety performance.
Storage Doors: Adopt polyurethane double-sided color steel single-opening sliding doors with a fully enclosed, integral frameless structure. They are equipped with observation windows, rubber packaging, imported door accessories, anti-condensation electric heating, and high-frost-resistance plastic sealing strips, ensuring good sealing and anti-condensation effects.
