2. Precise Temperature & Insulation System
- Refrigeration system: Equipped with a high-performance Freon refrigeration unit and forced air-cooling circulation, capable of rapidly achieving and maintaining -18°C with minimal temperature fluctuation (±0.5°C).
- Insulation: All six sides of the warehouse are constructed using 120mm thick polyurethane sandwich panels, providing outstanding thermal resistance and moisture control.
- Energy efficiency: The insulation system reduces power consumption by approximately 15–20% compared to standard cold rooms of similar size.
3. Rapid Delivery & Operational Efficiency
From contract signing to final commissioning, the project was completed in just 30 days.
After operation, the cold room demonstrated stable performance with consistent temperature, maintaining fur material integrity and significantly reducing spoilage rates.
