Haoshuang Refrigeration is proud to announce the successful completion and commissioning of a critical -40°C Industrial Explosion-Proof Cold Storage facility for AU Optronics Corp. (AUO) at their Xiamen manufacturing plant. This project, designed and built for a Global Fortune 500 leader in advanced display technology, required the highest standards of reliability and performance.

Temperature: Designed and operating at -40°C.
Critical Requirement: Explosion-Proof design and construction to meet stringent industrial safety standards.
Insulation: High-performance 150mm thick polyurethane (PUR) sandwich panels with double-sided color steel plates for superior thermal efficiency and structural integrity.
Refrigeration System: Core compression provided by Bitzer (Germany) reciprocating compressors, renowned globally for their reliability and efficiency in ultra-low temperature applications.
Control & Components: Integrated with internationally recognized brands for electrical controls and refrigeration accessories, ensuring system stability and ease of maintenance.
Location: Constructed within AUO’s existing Xiamen factory complex.
