1. Project Overview

This large-scale cold storage facility, located in Almaty, Kazakhstan, was designed and built to support a storage capacity of 15,500 tons (58,000 m³ total volume). The project was completed within a tight 60-day schedule, requiring highly efficient coordination and supply chain management.

The facility features multi-temperature zones with advanced controlled atmosphere (CA) technology, providing long-term preservation for both fresh produce and frozen products.

2.Variable Temperature / Freezer Zone (+20°C to -20°C):

• Flexible design capable of switching between frozen storage (-18°C to -20°C) for fish, poultry, and other frozen goods, or chilled/ambient mode for seasonal demand.
• Enhances overall storage utilization and maximizes economic efficiency.
