Project Overview
This project involves the construction of a 10,000 m³ orange preservation cold storage facility for Shanghai Juang Investment Co., Ltd. (Angel Orange).
The cold storage complex consists of three separate chambers, each designed for fresh orange preservation at 0–8°C:
- Chamber 1: 523 m² floor area, temperature 0–8°C
- Chamber 2: 520 m² floor area, temperature 0–8°C
- Chamber 3: 1,280 m² floor area, temperature 0–8°C
👉 Total floor area: 2,123 m²
👉 Total capacity: 10,000 m³
This facility ensures large-scale, year-round orange preservation with optimal freshness and quality retention.
Equipment Configuration
1.Refrigeration System
- All chambers are equipped with Bitzer semi-hermetic piston parallel compressor units (air-cooled).
- The system offers high cooling capacity, strong reliability, and excellent cost-performance ratio.
2.Cooling Units
- Chambers 1 & 2: Each equipped with 3 LU-VE (Italy) high-efficiency air coolers.
- Chamber 3: Equipped with 6 LU-VE high-capacity air coolers.
- These units provide rapid cooling, powerful air circulation, and uniform temperature distribution across the entire storage space.
3.Insulation & Materials
- 100mm polyurethane sandwich panels with double-sided color steel.
- Features: excellent thermal insulation, energy efficiency, and durability, reducing long-term operational costs while maintaining stable storage conditions.
4.Cold Room Doors
- Chambers 1 & 2: Manual sliding insulated doors.
- Chamber 3: Two electrically operated insulated sliding doors for improved convenience and logistics efficiency.
