Project Overview: Extending Freshness for a Leading Bakery Brand
This project involved the design and construction of a dedicated cold storage facility for Sichuan Aidale Food, a renowned modern bakery enterprise and award-winning consumer brand. The core challenge was to overcome the extremely short shelf life of baked goods and manage the complex inventory of ingredients and finished products.
The 24,000 cubic meter facility was strategically divided into two key zones: a 0-5°C cold storage for preserving finished cakes, pastries, and sensitive ingredients like dairy and fillings; and a -23°C frozen storage for long-term storage of raw materials, pre-made dough, frozen cakes, and seasonal products. This dual-zone approach provided the flexibility needed for modern bakery production and distribution.
