Project Overview

Wuhan Xinpu Fruit Company is a regional logistics enterprise specializing in the storage and distribution of fruit, meat, and packaged food.
As their business volume expanded, the company needed a large-scale cold chain logistics center to increase storage capacity, reduce product loss, and improve delivery efficiency.

After multiple rounds of consultation and on-site assessment, Haocool engineers designed a 50,000 m³ cold storage solution that meets Xinpu’s operational needs, energy-saving goals, and long-term expansion plan.

Project Details & Technical Configuration

1. Cold Store Layout

• Total capacity: 50,000 m³
• Entire building includes three floors of cold rooms.
• Floor 1: Chilled storage (+0°C to +5°C)
• Floors 2 & 3: Dual-temperature rooms (0°C to +5°C / -18°C switchable)
• Construction completed in two phases.

2. Insulation System

• PU spray insulation (100mm & 200mm), density 38 ± 1 kg/m³
• Self-extinguishing within 3–5 seconds after flame removal
• Partition panels: 100mm PU with color steel protection

3. Refrigeration System

• Bitzer semi-hermetic screw three-compressor parallel units
• 12 high-efficiency imported ceiling-type evaporators
• Schneider and other first-tier electrical components

4. Completion & Operation

• Completed at the end of 2020
• Fully operational and running stably
