Project Overview
Xinjiang Alaer Jutianhong Fruit Industry required a large-scale cold storage facility for preserving agricultural products, focusing on efficiency, centralized control, and compliance with URS requirements. The project involved constructing 24 independent cold storage rooms, each measuring 210m² with a height of 9m, operating at -2°C to -8°C. The total storage area reached 6,400m², with a volume of 58,000m³, including a -5°C to 5°C refrigerated section (428m³) and a -18°C frozen section (420m³). The project was completed in September 2017.
Key Requirements
1.Temperature Control: Maintain precise temperatures between -2°C and -8°C for 24 independent cold storage rooms.
2.Centralized Management: Enable real-time monitoring and control of all storage units.
3.Compliance: Meet URS specifications and industry standards for agricultural product preservation.
Technical Solution
1. Refrigeration System
- Primary Cooling Units: Two sets of 90HP German Bitzer screw compressors (including condensers, solenoid valves, and pressure controllers) for the main cold storage rooms.
- Freezer Unit: One set of 30HP Italian Friga-Bohn low-temperature air-cooled piston compressor (with condenser, solenoid valve, oil separator, and pressure controller) for the -18°C frozen storage section.
- Evaporators: Energy-efficient Φ25 two-fin aluminum tube evaporators for uniform cooling and reduced energy consumption.
2. Insulation Structure
- Wall Panels: 120mm polyurethane double-sided color steel plates with B1 fire-resistant rating, ensuring minimal thermal leakage and moisture resistance.
3. Control & Monitoring System
- Automated Control: Siemens imported automatic temperature control system with Schneider industrial electronic components.
