Project Overview
China Yili Group, a global top-five dairy producer and Asia’s leading dairy company for eleven consecutive years, has launched a comprehensive cold chain logistics initiative across multiple strategic locations. This project involves the construction and upgrade of high-standard cold storage facilities with a total capacity exceeding 14,000 cubic meters, spanning Inner Mongolia, Anhui, Zhejiang, Shanghai, and Guangdong to cover North, East, and South China’s core markets.
Project Requirements
- Multi-Temperature Zone Control: Precise temperature management for various dairy products including pasteurized milk, yogurt, cheese, and ice cream.
- Food Safety Compliance: Full adherence to international food safety standards (HACCP, GMP).
- Integrated Logistics: Seamless connection between production lines and storage facilities.
Key Design Highlights
1. Multi-Temperature Zone Precision Control
The system is designed to accommodate different dairy products — such as pasteurized milk, yogurt, cheese, and ice cream — with specific temperature requirements.
Cold rooms are divided into zones maintaining 0~8°C for yogurt and milk, and 2~6°C for cheese and butter, ensuring stable and accurate temperature control throughout the facility.
2. Food Safety & Compliance
All construction and equipment strictly comply with international food safety standards, including HACCP and GMP, to guarantee product safety from processing to distribution.
3. Integrated Processing & Storage
The cold storage is seamlessly connected to the production lines, providing low-temperature environments for raw material pre-cooling, semi-finished product processing, and finished product preservation — ensuring continuous and efficient production.
4. Advanced Refrigeration Technology
The project adopts environmentally friendly Freon refrigeration systems with high energy efficiency and stable performance, aligning with China’s carbon reduction goals and global sustainability standards.
5. Smart Monitoring & Automation
An intelligent temperature and humidity control system enables real-time remote monitoring, data recording, and automated alarms to maintain optimal storage conditions and reduce human intervention.
