Project Overview
This project involves the design and construction of a low-temperature, explosion-proof cold storage facility for Zhengbang Technology, a major chemical manufacturer in Yunnan, China.
The cold room is built for safe and compliant storage of hazardous and flammable chemicals and adhesives. The facility includes:
- A single explosion-proof chamber (five-sided structure)
- Total storage volume of 320m³
- Internal clearance height: 3.2 meters
- Construction area: ~100 square meters
- Target temperature: -20°C to -32°C
- Application: Safe storage of hazardous chemical substances (e.g., PVC, VAE emulsion, adhesives)
Meets Chinese URS documentation, and fully complies with explosion-proof safety regulations
The project was officially contracted on October 17, 2022, and delivered within 30 days.
