- -35°C Quick-Freeze Tunnel: Using 200mm thick high-efficiency polyurethane panels, this zone rapidly freezes carcasses through the critical ice crystal formation stage. This minimizes cellular moisture and juice loss, ensuring meat retains its tenderness and quality upon thawing – a key selling point for premium products.
- -18°C Frozen Storage: With 150mm insulation, this area provides stable long-term storage for frozen products, locking in flavor and preventing freezer burn.
- 0~4°C Chilled Storage & Aging Room: The 100mm insulated chillers are crucial for post-slaughter aging and short-term storage of fresh cuts. This controlled environment is essential for developing flavor, tenderness, and ensuring food safety for chilled meat products.
- 10~12°C Processing Area/Buffer Zone: A 75mm insulated space designed for comfortable meat cutting and packaging. It also acts as a thermal buffer between different temperature zones, dramatically reducing energy waste from humidity and heat exchange when doors are opened.
