  • 4 rooms, height: 5.48 m, total area: 3,335 m²
  • Insulation: 150 mm polyurethane spray foam, fire rating B1

2.0–5°C Chilled Rooms – 7 chambers, total 32,024 m³

  • 3 rooms, height: 5.48 m
  • 4 rooms, height: 5.80 m
  • Insulation: 100 mm polyurethane spray foam

3.10–15°C Cool Rooms – 4 chambers, total 11,460 m³

  • Height: 5.80 m
  • Insulation: 50 mm polyurethane spray foam

Equipment Configuration

Cold Room Structure & Insulation

  • Polyurethane insulation panels (150 mm, 100 mm) with double-sided color steel
  • PE explosion-proof vapor barrier film
  • Electric sliding cold room doors, air curtains, and return air passages
  • Floor insulation: 150 mm extruded polystyrene (XPS) board

Refrigeration System

  • Screw compressor units with ceiling-type air coolers
  • Evaporative condensers, oil separators, receivers, low-pressure circulation tanks
  • Refrigeration accessories: solenoid valves, control valves, and piping components

Piping System

  • Seamless steel pipes with B1-grade spray foam insulation
  • Protective cladding: 0.5 mm color steel sheet

Electrical System

  • Cold room lighting, temperature control systems, machine room leak detection
  • Electrical wiring for fans, signal cables, shielded cables, and power lines
