Project Overview
This project involved the design and construction of a high-standard, multi-temperature cold storage facility as the core of a modern central kitchen for pre-cut vegetable and fruit processing and distribution. With a total volume of 4,685 cubic meters, the facility supports the refined processing and fresh storage of agricultural products (pre-cut vegetables and fresh fruits). It includes multiple temperature zones: refrigerated storage, high-temperature refrigerated storage, quick-freezing rooms, and frozen storage.

Technical Solutions
1. Refrigeration Systems
- Low-Temperature Rooms (Quick-Freezing & Frozen Storage):
- Bitzer Semi-Hermetic Parallel Compressor Units: Chosen for high energy efficiency, reliability, redundancy (single-unit failure does not affect overall system operation), and scalable energy adjustment. Ideal for large-scale freezing applications.
- Medium/High-Temperature Rooms (Refrigerated Storage):
- Copeland Scroll Compressor Units: Selected for low noise, minimal vibration, high energy efficiency ratios, and stable performance in medium/high-temperature conditions.
2. Insulation Structure
- 150mm Thick Double-Sided Color Steel Polyurethane Sandwich Panels:
- Superior thermal insulation properties, meeting the demands of -35°C quick-freezing rooms.
- Effectively reduces cooling loss, saving energy and operational costs.
3. Evaporators
- Top-Mounted Air Coolers from Leading Brands (e.g., Emerson, Johnson Controls, Mayekawa):
- High-efficiency internally threaded heat exchange tubes and precise defrosting technology ensure rapid cooling, uniform temperature distribution, and low energy consumption.
