Project Overview
This project features the construction of a high-efficiency, energy-saving cold storage facility in Maerkang City, Sichuan Province, designed for the preservation of agricultural products. The facility includes two controlled atmosphere (CA) storage rooms (-5~0°C) and two freezer rooms (-18°C), all with adjustable temperatures and centralized management capabilities. The solution emphasizes cost-effectiveness, reliability, and compliance with URS requirements.
Technical Specifications
1. Storage Capacity
- CA Storage Chambers: 170 m² floor area, 6 m height, 1,020 m³ total volume
- Freezer Storage Chambers: 176 m² floor area, 6 m height, 1,056 m³ total volume
2. Refrigeration System
- CA Chambers: Equipped with 4 × 10HP Emerson Copeland scroll compressor units (USA), including condensers, solenoid valves, and pressure controllers.
- Freezer Chambers: Equipped with 2 × 28HP Frascold piston compressor units (Italy), known for large cooling capacity, high efficiency, and operational reliability.
- Air Coolers: Custom-built DL135 and DD200 series high-efficiency blast freezers, featuring low noise, strong air circulation, and enhanced defrosting capability for uniform temperature distribution.
3. Insulation System
- 100mm polyurethane sandwich panels (color steel, B1 fire rating)
- Features: moisture-proof, waterproof, fire-resistant, and energy-saving, ensuring stable low temperatures while minimizing operational costs.
4. CA Equipment
- Oxygen Reduction Unit: Runops CA system (Siemens control, Schneider electric components, SMC pneumatic valves).
- CO₂ Scrubber: Runops advanced absorption system (Panasonic control, German actuators, intelligent regeneration technology).
5. Temperature & Monitoring System
- XinAsia automatic temperature control system, featuring:
- Precise temperature and humidity regulation
- Alarm functions
- Data recording and reporting
- Mobile phone remote monitoring for real-time control
