This large-scale cold chain logistics project is located in the Yining Bonded Zone of Xinjiang, China, serving as a modern logistics hub for cross-border trade under the Belt and Road Initiative.
Leveraging the bonded zone’s strategic location and preferential policies, the project is designed to integrate storage, logistics, customs clearance, and food processing into a single high-standard cold chain platform.

The cold storage facility primarily serves the import and export of meat, agricultural products, and other perishable goods, ensuring efficient customs supervision, long-term preservation, and rapid turnover.
It plays a key strategic role in safeguarding regional food security, enhancing trade efficiency, and strengthening Xinjiang’s role as a key cold chain gateway in Central Asia.

1. Core Functions & Design Features

• Stored Products: Imported meat, agricultural products, seafood, and other temperature-sensitive goods.
• Temperature Range: Adjustable from –22°C to –4°C, allowing flexible storage for both frozen and chilled products — for example:
  • Frozen Meat: below –18°C
  • Chilled Produce: around –2°C to –4°C
• Main Functional Areas: The facility integrates inbound inspection, sorting, packaging, storage, and dispatch zones, all connected under a continuous low-temperature chain to maintain product quality and freshness.

2. Advanced Refrigeration Technology & System Configuration

This project adopts a high-efficiency and stable refrigeration solution tailored for large-scale logistics cold storage centers.

• Refrigeration Type: Eco-friendly Freon system — reliable performance, easy maintenance, and high energy efficiency.
• Liquid Supply Method: Pumped recirculation system, ideal for large cold warehouses with multiple rooms and evaporators.
  This system ensures even refrigerant distribution, fast cooling, and superior temperature consistency across long-distance pipelines — perfectly suited for logistics operations with frequent loading and unloading cycles.
